Kazunari Suzuki (President and CEO)
Kazunari Suzuki, one of the Co-founders of AreaBe, Inc, has an extensive background in managing software development, localization, and web site development. As V.P. of Operations at Kamiya Consulting in Berkeley California, he has headed projects with his team of software engineers, testers, translators and graphic artists, for 4 years. Working with Japanese publishers and distributors, he has provided business consultation services to the American computer-related firms. He has also successfully introduced more than twenty computer software and web-based services and products to the Japanese market.
Takashi Ikeda (V.P. of Product Development)
Takashi Ikeda has over 16 years of experience in the Software Development industry through Toshiba Co., LTD. Among other products, Mr. Ikeda has engaged in such developments as an ATM switch, digital PBX, and the firmware of CSRs (Cell Switch Router). In 1998, Mr. Ikeda participated in the planning and startup of Innovate Networks of Massachusetts. He also aided the communication industry with the inspirational development of the large-scale VPN edge router. Mr. Ikeda joined AreaBe team in 2002 as a Controller of General Product Development.
